Does anyone know of any Lincoln monument, award, hotel/motel in Estonia, Lithuania, or Latvia?

For the Lincoln bicentennial we are working on Lincoln's legacy abroad. Most countries have something to honor Lincoln (leaders speeches, buildings, etc.) I'm looking in Eastern Europe.
