Problems with the Clockwork Universe?

The computer would have to contain more particles than there are in the universe in order to be able to run a simulation of all the particles in the universe. Each atom in the universe would require many atoms worth of computer in order to be simulated. So it could exist, but not in our universe. However, computers are already used to predict and simulate things in the future.
