Vacuum lines for heater control on 2005 ram 1500?

Where are the vacuum lines for the heater control (dash, floor, defrost) located on a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab, are they just under the dash, or in the engine compartment or both locations? Also what is the heater box location? I put a question on a couple of days ago about my heater/AC is stuck on the floor and just want to rule out the vacuum lines before I replace the controller.
