What is the best way for a man to protect himself from paternity disputes and fraud?

if you want to go through the courst you can, but it cost a pretty penny. you can go on line and look up paternity test and find them there and take a home based one. but on the downside of that one, the test will not hold up in court. the only way it would hold up in court is if you get a court ordered test. aslo, if and/or when you find out that the baby is NOT yours, you can take the person to court and sue for "defemation of character and emotional stress"
