How to get 10 grams soluble fiber into diet?

Dietary recommendations from various sources urge eating 10 gm soluble fiber per day. Typical serving of the most fibrous food contains about 1 gm. Flax seed and psyllium capsules are quite small, less than 1 gm each, and only a fraction of this is soluble fiber. So how is it possible, or even reasonable?
