IPod video upload problems?

I have downloaded YouTube Live, and Jack 2 (yes in the right format (wma) jk they are in mp4.) But, upon uploading, the process stops in the middle (for both) and states there is an unknown error. I think I need to re convert them, or that there is a bad codec somewhere. NEED HELP
