Ladies...How Do You Get A Really Nice Guy To Initiate ?

I have a FWB and he is awesome in bed. He's so good I want him all day, everyday. One thing I have noticed is that when he comes over to visit he will not EVER initiate . We sit on the couch and chat until I get up and guide him to the bedroom. He's gorgeous, tall, dark, handsome, sprinkled w/tattoos. He's funny, sweet, considerate, and the is soooo good but sometimes I feel by him not initiating he doesn't have that pion for me. Guess I like a man to flex dominance from time-to-time. What's your thoughts and do you have any ideas?
