What should i do my winch and spreader is draining my atv battery?

my atvs battery keeps getting drained by the winch. i have a honda trx250ex and a plow and soon i will have a spreader so i will probably really have battery problems i got a battery tender but haven't tried it out i might use my plow all day i might run separate battery's or something any suggestions
