(Question about weightlifting)?

I just turned 16 a week ago, I'm about 5'10," and weigh about 125 lbs. (Yes, I realize how thin I am). I've been weightlifting since around April of 2009 off and on but mostly on and I just haven't really seen the results I had imagined. I'm forced to use the dumbbells at home (unless I can go to the gym which isn't that often) and as of right now my routine is: bicep curl 3x16 (8 curls for each arm) with 30 lb. dumbbells (like I said above, I don't have anything but dumbbells at home), hammer curl 3x16 (again, 8 curls for each arm) with 30 pounders, and then I dumbbell (bench) press 3x10 with 40 pounders. After I've done those three things, I do 3x25 stomach curls and two push-up burnouts. I just started doing this routine (except for the stomach curls and push-up burnouts) two workouts ago trying to avoid the plateau. I was taught how to use proper form when weightlifting but after this whole year and 2 months I feel I haven't gotten any physical changes. However, its obvious that I've gotten stronger, but like I said the muscle just isn't showing for some reason. Will someone please explain to me if I'm doing something wrong.

That's all she ever calls our baby and keeps cornering my fiance alone and pressuring him o name the baby after him and keeps calling the baby Jr whenever I call him Rory. It's driving us insane! Overfilled my coolant reservoir?

I had gone on a trip. Car was fine. When leaving to come home, I mistakenly added too much WATER to the reservoir. The whole trip until now, the low coolant light flickers on and off. I drained the reservoir, replaced it with the correct amount of coolant. Radiator was fine, lost no water and when tested only one ball didn't float. I do think that the car is heating up more also but not sure since the weather is so hot. I would not recommend overfilling your reservoir ever.

Mental/physical effects of carb deprivation?

So I lost 20 pounds eliminating processed foods and most carbs with the exception of fruit and low glycemic veggies. After about six weeks, and about the time I stepped up my fitness regimen, I noticed a change in my demeanor. I got REALLY moody. Then this past weekend, I physically couldnt stop myself from going on a carb binge. Every now and then I would allow myself something, but Id make sure it was just one serving. But saturday I polished off the better portion of some Garden of Eatin tortilla chips, peanuts, graham crackers, and some water crackers with jelly. All washed down with several cups of coffee. Then I felt normal again. I didnt feel that guilty, because I made sure it was nonfat stuff (as opposed to binging on something like pizza/chicken wings/etc). But I could swear it was unavoidable, I felt like my body really needed carbs, it was weird. Plus, I wasnt busy like during the week when Im working and can distract myself from thinking about food. Can your body take control of your mind at some point, and drive you to carbohydrates??

Custom Computer Build?

Im building myself a computer right now and its going to be mostly for gaming. i want it to be powerful enough to run games in the future i dont want it to be "obsolete" in a couple of months.i know how to put everything together. And im interested in running a second graphics card in SLI but i dont know too much about that. Someone suggested getting two hard drives and putting them in RAID 0 configuration but i dont know what that is. so if you guys could suggest hard drives for me and links possibly. i am interested in overclocking both video cards if i get them. will i be able to do that with this motherboard and could you guys tell me a little bit more about it? Okay, so what did every body thonk to the finale of Doctor Who?

Personally ,and I speak after having calmed down, I hated it. I was expecting more phenominal space battles. But I beleive that due to what was supposedly leaked infomation I got my hopes up, beleiving that there wouild be sontarans, cybermen etc. The reaperance of the Juddon was apetite wetting but they where not seen again. Julian bleach portrayed Davros superbly, adding spite to the charecter along with the usual ranting that Davros has provided since his apperance in the fan voted number one episode 'Genesis of the Daleks.' But he had very few lines and wasn't seen too much whereas Davros has been the number one awaited charecter since the serise began 'after the daleks themselfs of course' The Stolen Earth was a powerful build up and one of the greatest moments of British television. But then its follow up, Journey's end was perhaps the quintessential anti- climax ever. I hate Donnas mind wiped, Rose not ending up with the real doctor and Davros possibly dying. What is ur opinion?

As a divorced mom what things "piss" u off about your childs new "stepmom"?

I am the soon to be step-mom, and I can't do anything right. The ex-wife had hated me since day one...actually she clearly didn't like me before we even met. She told the children that they didn't have to listen to me and that I was a mean person. She also tells them not to interact with my children. She won't talk to me at all, every time I try to make small talk she gets short with me. She speaks negatively about me to others including her kids. Tips to get child to rinse mouth without swallowing?

My son brushes his teeth great, doesnt swallow too much toothpaste, but when we try to rinse, i got him the little dixie cups, and put just a lil bit of water in it, and he will swish it around, but then always swallows. I need advice dealing with an employee?

Here is my situation. I have been with the same company ten years, had been the Staff Accountant all this time, and just got promoted to istant Controller when the old istant controller, John, left. I report to the Controller, and I have an accountant, 2 A/P people, and 3 A/R people reporting to me. I have never supervised anyone before. I have been having issues with one of the A/R people, Donna. John was a nice guy, but was a little too easygoing with Donna. I'm not sure if he was afraid of her for some reason, or just didn't like confrontation. She used to take off at month end occasionally, knowing full well no one in the finance department is supposed to take off at month end, also knowing John would not tell her no, and the other 2 A/R people would be furious that they were slammed because John was afraid to tell her she couldn't take off at month end. She wanted to take off at month end the a couple of months ago, and I told her, "No. It's month end." She went over my head to the controller, Tom, who backed me, and said, "John shouldn't have allowed it either.". The other thing is, the 3 A/R people take turns going to the bank during the day with the deposits. When the other 2 A/R people go, they're back in 20 minutes. When Donna goes, she is gone over an hour. John used to comment about this all the time when she was gone, but would never say anything to her. The other day, I politely told her, "You shouldn't be gone over an hour when you go to the bank." She replied, "Then I won't go anymore. It's not in my job description. If you want I'll go to HR." Am I wrong here? I don't think I am being unreasonable saying she shouldn't be gone an hour when everyone else is back in 20 minutes when they go. No one else has a problem going. If going to the bank isn't in her job description, would she have a case against me? I think the thing is she is used to John letting her get away with everything. Im not really an expert on these type of decks so I would try and correct your monster line up too much. But I definately see ways that you can help this deck already just by skimming through your spell and trap sections. First off Call of the Haunted is banned, so you can replace it with Premature Burial. Secondly, Negate Attack and Waboku both arent very good, you are losing 1 card while your opponent loses none, you should replace them with a Mirror Force and a second Sakuretsu Armor. If you cant obtain a Mirror Force just go for 3 Sakuretsu Armor's its not limited. Also your deck count in itself is a bit high, reduce it to 40-42 cards. It may not seem like a bit difference but it can be crucial. Replace Nobleman of Crossout with Shield Crush. You should add in a Marshmallon and possible Treeborn Frog/ Snipe Hunter as well, Especially Snipe Hunter with this given deck list. I would take out something for Bottomless Trap Hole also. Overall I think this is a pretty good deck, I like the Zoma/Metal Reflect Slime with Mage Power. But like I said I dont know as much about dark decks so you may want to find someone to help you with your monsters a bit more in depth than what Ive said.

Sounds like the charcoal canister used to recycle the gasoline vapours from the gas tank. Usually under the hood on the penger side, towards the front/radiator. One of the hoses comes up from the top of the gas tank, and the second one goes from the canister to the intake manifold of the engine. If it is the canister, there should be the two hoses loose in the engine bay. If you find them, they both should be plugged, if you don't return the canister.

I saw a lizard at Lowry Park Zoo. It was almost like a rainbow color but that could have been a prism effect from the water fall it was under. my aunt died recently , during and after death was pronounced by medical professionals, to be exact she continued to exhale for five hrs. my other aunt who was with her felt so distressed and unable to leave her, however before the final exhale my deceased aunt raised her shoulders, as if she were trying to sit up, it was at that point the exhailing stopped. Ok, so here is the deal. I am 20 & an undergraduate intern for six months as a Research istant at a leading business school in France. So I am just sitting at my desk busy with my own work and there is this Chinese PhD student who just joined the college and gets a desk next to mine. Now should I be insulted or what? Sure, I am an undergraduate college student but I am now also working at a good job. So I was playing Burnout Paradise for 5 min. And then the music stops and the game freezes. I couldn't play any disk based game, all of my download only games would work. So I was certain it was the Bluray laser. I bought a new one for $80 replaced it. So I put in MGS4 and everything was alright until I got to the first cutscene and it froze. So I looked at the disk and it had a pretty deep scratch on it. So I put in Killzone 2 with NO scratches what so ever. I got about half way through the first level and same story. It froze. It can't be the laser sense I just replaced it. And I have the 80GB bundle with Motorstorm edition if that helps. Please help. Thanks.

Papillon or Silky Terrier?

Papillons are very smart and easy to train. Many people do find them yappy though. Papillons are okay with kids if raised with them but not amazing. Silky's the same. Both shed minimally, the silky a bit less. The dog that really sounds right for you guys is the Miniature Schnauzer- great with kids and other dogs, easy to housetrain, and no shedding at all. But of your two, maybe the Papillion- but neither are ideal. Both aren't great with smaller kids, they both prefer teens usually. They both shed a little. Both can be housetrained- pappillons are easier. I'd say a CKCS maybe, westies, poodles, cotons...

Sprained ankle?

"rolling" your ankle, usually indicates that you have some version of a Sprain (ligamentous) or Strain (muscle/tendon). My guess if you are walking with no limp and can jump up and down on it without any shooting pain is that with an ankle brace for support you should be able to play. The hard part will be cutting side to side and obviously coming down on it from a lay up. Long story short--ICE ICE ICE, 20 min. on, 20 min off. If you have swelling around the outside ankle joint (fibula and lateral ligs.) make sure you are keeping it elevated to keep the swelling out of your foot. If you do have pain to walk, don't play - it isn't worth it. Aside from icing it down for a few days to longer than a week you should look up Ankle Stretching (heel chord) exercises, And general strengthening exercises (heel raises, single leg balancing). Good luck to you--the best athletes take care of their bodies even if it means missing the big game!

I drank the water, but I'm still awake. My eye lids are burning hot. I know I am tired and should be able to fall asleep, but I can't. What is wrong with me?
