Cheese would naturally contain saturated fat since it comes from an animal source, however it probably has some trans fat (or hydrogen molecules) added to make it of the desirable consistency, for example it would be more solid at room temp and not so soft or runny. an example of trans fat would be the hydrogenation of Crisco to make it solid at room temp, not an oil. It is all a marketing strategy to make the product appear more perfect in the package and cut easier, etc.
