Who has the bigger trade value, Allen Iverson or Vince Carter?

Carter is a better player this season and even though Iverson is losing his touch,teams will do anything for him,I mean he is still "The Answer" and if you would get rid of Billups who is one of the top 5 PG in the league for Iverson,that is saying something.
