This may seem like a weird question but- I would feel it if i had a tampon stuck inside me, right?

okay my period ended three days ago and im still having brown/faded/slightly gray discharge. I think its dried blood. but i never get this, its unusual for me. towards the lighter end of my period, i fell asleep and i didnt remember if i put a new tampon in or not or if one got stuck. ive never had a tampon get stuck before. anyways im a pretty paranoid person generally speaking but i really wanna know about this. it doesnt smell. if i did have one stuck it would have been stuck about 4 days now. i have checked around and "beared down" but im not exactly sure what my cervix is. is that the squishy thing in the back? i cant feel a tampon anywhere. didnt feel weird.. if anything it felt better than usual. (had it after i think i lost a tampon). it doesnt feel strange and i cant find it inside. would i know if there was stuck in there, or is it possible its stuck and i just cant find it? is it worth going to the dr? im scared! help please.
