I have 5 weeks to get toned...what easy exercise should i concentrate on to make a big difference?

i have just started playing rugby and enjoy it alot ...but all my friends who play are thin and im not i have fat legs that wobble and dont look good in shorts i want to change this so i can become confident with my body but i only have around 5 weeks to do this please help me!!
