Zelda phantom hourgl help?!!!!!?

thi is probably the last question relating to zelda phantom hour gl(cuz im almost done it). after you restore tetra and you have to go defeat bellum on the gost ship, is there any strategic or specific ways to defeat it? i only have 6 hearts on my ship so if you know any good ship combos i could use that too! please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
