My PS3 broke PLEASE HELP!?

So I was playing Burnout Paradise for 5 min. And then the music stops and the game freezes. I couldn't play any disk based game, all of my download only games would work. So I was certain it was the Bluray laser. I bought a new one for $80 replaced it. So I put in MGS4 and everything was alright until I got to the first cutscene and it froze. So I looked at the disk and it had a pretty deep scratch on it. So I put in Killzone 2 with NO scratches what so ever. I got about half way through the first level and same story. It froze. It can't be the laser sense I just replaced it. And I have the 80GB bundle with Motorstorm edition if that helps. Please help. Thanks.
