overall gist of it is, that she is the most dejected and wretched (sad and depressed) woman of all the women who have listened to the sweet words of a man because Hamlet's reason is no longer sound there (pretty much saying Hamlet has gone insane), she's very sad because of what she has seen and what she is currently seeing
