Youngsters living in the United States PLEASE HELP ? ?

I'm a mixed girl.(black and white)..I'm American...for me its okay our parents are really strick..its a wonderful place to live depending on the area you live in...i like school but its boring when the teachers talk...we are deciding on our new president and i hope its obama!...new ways i love to live here but I'de also like to leave this country for a little while!...my dad has never been out side of the country but he says London, Paris, Africa, china, australia is really beautiful!...laws for a minor is we have to be in the house at 11:00pm..on weekdays and we have to been in the house at 12:00pm on weekends...we cant drink until we are 21...we cant smoke until we are 18!!!...This is not a law but in our country if you have a child younger than20 years old, most people would be really disappointed...even though the average age for having a child is 15-19....that's our country...America
